摘要
制备工艺对聚脲润滑脂性能的影响较大。从加料温度,聚脲稠化剂的反应温度,聚脲润滑脂的制备温度,残留异氰酸酯的处理,传热方式和后处理等方面对混合胺(芳香胺与环烷胺的混合物,摩尔比为1∶1)与异氰酸酯制备聚脲润滑脂的工艺参数进行了讨论。适宜的工艺参数为加料温度为60℃~80℃,聚脲稠化剂的反应温度为100℃~120℃,聚脲润滑脂的制备温度为150℃~170℃,高温除去残留的异氰酸酯,用泵循环以消除制备过程中的温差,后处理压力为30 MPa及以上。该工艺制备的聚脲润滑脂性能稳定,可用于工业化生产。(图9表4参考文献2)
        The preparation process had a great influence on the performance of polyurea grease.The process parameters for preparing polyurea grease with mixed amine(the mixture of the aromatic amine and the cycloalkylamine,the molar ratio was 1∶1)and isocyanate was discussed from the feed temperature,the reaction temperature of the polyurea thickener,the preparation temperature of the polyurea grease,the treatment of the residual isocyanate,the heat transfer mode and the post-treatment. The suitable process parameters were the feed temperature of 60 ℃ ~80 ℃,the reaction temperature of polyurea thickener was 100 ℃ ~120 ℃,and the preparation temperature of polyurea grease was 150 ℃ ~170 ℃,residual isocyanate was removed at high temperature,temperature difference was eliminated during preparation with pump cycle,post processing pressure was 30 MPa and above. The polyurea grease prepared by the process had stable performance and could be used for industrial production.(Charts9 Tables4 References2)
