UASB+A/O工艺在啤酒废水处理中的工程应用

摘要
安徽某啤酒公司采用UASB+A/O工艺处理啤酒废水,通过合理的工艺设计,出水达到《啤酒工业污染物排放标准》预处理标准和《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》B级标准。介绍了此啤酒废水的分类收集情况、具体工艺流程、主要构筑物设施、工艺设备规格及运行费用,作为同类废水处理及研究的参考。
Through reasonable process design, UASB+A/O process was used to treat beer wastewater for a beer company in Anhui, the effluent quality could meet pretreatment standard of "Discharge standard of pollutants for beer industry" and class B standard of "wastewater quality standards for discharge to municipal sewers".This paper introduced the classification and collection condition, the specific process, the main structure facilities, the specifications of the process equipment and the operating costs of the beer wastewater, as a reference for similar wastewater treatment and research.
