全面整体护理干预在ICU重症肺炎患者中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的分析全面整体护理干预在ICU重症肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年5月至2018年11月在我院ICU接受治疗的40例重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组各20例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予全面整体护理干预,比较两组患者的生命体征改善情况及护理满意度。结果护理干预后,观察组患者的平均动脉压显著高于对照组,呼吸频率及心率显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为95.00%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P <0.05)。结论全面整体护理干预可有效改善ICU重症肺炎患者的生命体征,提高患者满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive holistic nursing intervention in ICU patients with severe pneumonia. Methods 40 cases of patients with severe pneumonia who were treated in ICU of our hospital from May 2017 to November2018 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 20 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and patients in the observation group were given comprehensive holistic nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The improvement of vital signs and the nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention, the mean arterial pressure of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the respiratory rate and heart rate were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.00%, significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive holistic nursing intervention for patients with severe pneumonia in ICU can effectively improve the vital signs of patients, and improve the satisfaction degree of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
