摘要

职业院校校企合作需要双方有效、持续的沟通,才能实现良好的效果。但由于校企文化异质、沟通模式及机制制约等因素,校企合作中时常出现沟通障碍,阻碍了合作的顺利开展。文章从校企合作沟通模式及机制的角度分析校企合作有效沟通障碍的成因,并提出解决方法,从而通过改善机制和信息化手段提升校企合作沟通的效率。
        School-enterprise cooperation of vocational colleges requires effective and continuous communication of both sides so as to achieve good results. But because of the heterogeneous culture and the restriction of communication mode and mechanism, the communication problems often occur in school-enterprise cooperation, which hinder the development of cooperation. From the perspective of communication mode and mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems of effective communication in school-enterprise cooperation, and proposes a solution that promotes the efficiency of communication in school-enterprise cooperation by mechanism improving and informatization accordingly.
