超低油水比油包水乳液的探索性制备及评价

摘要
根据油包水型乳化钻井液的作用机理及应用特点[1],通过与常规油水比的油基钻井液体系性能及特点进行对比,研选合适的乳化剂来制备低油水比(体积比油相︰水相<50︰50)的油包水乳液并进行室内评价,并通过调整阴阳离子表面活性剂体系的分子结构和基团比例,以保证超低油水比下的乳液粘度和乳化稳定性,这一探索性技术如能研究成功将会大大降低油基钻井液的使用成本。
        According to the mechanism and application characteristics of water-in-oil emulsified drilling fluid [1], comparisons with conventional oil-based drilli-ng fluids, the appropriate emulsifier was used to prepare low oil-water ratio(volume ratio of oil phase︰water phase<50/50) and evaluated,by adjusting the molecular structure and group ratio of the anionic and cationic surfactant syste-m to ensure the emulsion viscosity and emulsion stability at ultra-low oil/waterratio,If this exploratory technology is successful, it will reduce the cost of oil-based drilling fluids.
