摘要
针对涪陵深层页岩气水平井开发过程中存在井壁失稳、摩阻较大以及起下钻困难等问题,在分析研究钻井液技术难点的基础上,结合该区块具体地质特征,提出了相应的钻井液技术对策,决定采用油基钻井液钻进。为此,室内在前期涪陵页岩气区块使用的油基钻井液基础之上,通过降滤失剂以及润湿剂的优选,研制了一套适合涪陵深层页岩气水平井的高效油基钻井液体系,具体配方为:柴油:氯化钙水溶液(32%)=90:10~70:30+4%主乳化剂HZRJ-1+4%辅乳化剂HFRJ-3+5%降失水剂JSY-1+3%有机土+1润湿剂HRSJ-10+5%氧化钙+重晶石加重至密度为1.80~2.20 g/cm3。室内对该高效油基钻井液体系的综合性能进行了评价,结果表明,高效油基钻井液体系在不同密度范围和不同油水条件下均具有良好的流变性能,并且具有良好的沉降稳定性能、抑制性能以及抗污染性能,能够满足涪陵深层页岩气钻井施工的需求。为目标区块深层页岩气的高效稳定开发提供技术支持和保障。
        In view of the problems such as wall instability, high friction and difficulty of drilling in the development of Fuling deep shale gas horizontal well, the corresponding drilling fluid technical countermeasures were put forward on the basis of analyzing and studying the technical difficulties of drilling fluid and combining with the specific geological characteristics of this block, and it was decided to adopt oil-based drilling fluid for drilling. Therefore, on the basis of oil-based drilling fluid used in Fuling shale gas block, a set of high-efficiency oil-based drilling fluid system suitable for Fuling deep shale gas horizontal well was developed by optimizing filtrate reducer and wetting agent. The formulation was as follows: diesel oil:calcium chloride aqueous solution(32%) = 90:10~70:30+4% main emulsifier HZRJ-1+4% co-emulsifier HFRJ-3+5% dehydrating agent JSY-1+3% organic soil+1% wetting agent HRSJ-10+5% calcium oxide+ barite( aggravating to 1.80~2.20 g/cm3). The comprehensive performance of the high-efficiency oil-based drilling fluid system was evaluated in laboratory. The results show that the high-efficiency oil-based drilling fluid system has good rheological properties in different densities and oil-water conditions, and has good sedimentation stability,inhibition performance and anti-pollution performance, which can meet the requirements of Fuling deep shale gas horizontal well drilling. It provides technical support and guarantee for the efficient and stable development of deep shale gas in the target area.
