软岩巷道支护数值模拟研究及工程实践应用

摘要
针对软岩巷道围岩变形量大、支护困难等问题,以平舒煤矿轨道大巷为工程背景,利用FLAC数值模拟软件对比分析不同支护方案下巷道围岩变形特征,提出了"锚—网—喷—注浆"的联合支护方案;工程实践表明:该支护方案有效的降低了巷道围岩变形量,避免了巷道围岩失稳破坏,同时证明了该支护参数的合理性。
        Aiming at the problems of large deformation and difficult support of surrounding rock in soft rock roadway, taking track roadway in Pingshu Coal Mine as engineering background, the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock under different support schemes were analyzed by FLAC numerical simulation software, and the combined support scheme of "anchor-net-shotcrete-grouting" was put forward. Engineering practice shows that the support scheme effectively reduces the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway, avoids the instability and failure of surrounding rock of roadway, and proves the rationality of the support parameters.
