泌尿排石汤治疗泌尿系结石的治疗效果及药理作用分析

摘要
目的研究分析对泌尿系结石患者采用泌尿排石汤的临床治疗效果以及药理作用。方法选取2015年11月至2017年11月本院接受治疗的126例泌尿系结石患者,按照数字表法分为参照组和研究组,其中参照组63例,实施常规西药治疗;研究组63例,予以泌尿排石汤治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果比较分析,研究组治疗总有效率为(98.41%),高于参照组治疗总有效率(88.89%),两组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外研究组的患者治疗不良反应发生率为1.59%,少于参照组治疗不良反应发生率(11.11%),两组组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿系结石使用泌尿排石汤治疗,有着较高的临床疗效,值得在临床中进行推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect and pharmacological effects of urinary stone soup in patients with urinary calculi.Methods A total of 126 patients with urinary calculi who were treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were enrolled in the reference group and the study group according to the digital table method. Among them, 63 patients in the reference group were treated with conventional western medicine; 63 patients in the study group. The treatment of urinary Paishi Decoction was compared, and the clinical treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Of comparative analysis showed that the total effective rate of the study group was(98.41%), which was higher than the total effective rate of the reference group(88.89%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 1.59%, which was less than the incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group(11.11%). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of urinary calculi with urinary arborvitae has a high clinical effect and is worthy of promotion and application in the clinic.
