摘要
近年来,心血管疾病的发病率逐年增加,而缺血性心脏病是心血管疾病的常见类型,心血管手术中无论是用溶栓、介入、还是外科搭桥手术等治疗方法,冠状动脉再通后都会造成心肌缺血再灌注损伤,严重危害着人们的生命健康。因此,减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤已在临床上受到越来越多的关注。文章对电针预处理改善心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用机制进行归纳总结,主要包括减少氧自由基和炎性损伤、保护线粒体、减轻钙超载、抑制细胞凋亡等,以便于为临床防治工作提供理论指导。
