从中医五脏论述重症肌无力

摘要
重症肌无力是一种临床常见疾病,具有病程较长、易反复发作的特点,现代医学治疗重症肌无力的方案还不完善,且有副作用大等缺点,而中医注重辨证论治,在治疗该病中具有独特优势。所谓"五脏使人痿",中医认为,本病的病变部位虽是筋脉肌肉,但病变常累及五脏,其发病和五脏虚损关系密切。本文在中医理论和临床实践的基础上,从中医五脏入手,深入探讨重症肌无力的病因病机及治疗方法,为临床诊疗提供参考。
Myasthenia gravis is a common clinical disease with a long course and a tendency to relapse.Modern western medicine is not perfect in the treatment of myasthenia gravis, and there are major side effects and other shortcomings.Traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to the treatment based on syndrome differentiation, which has unique advantages in the treatment of the disease.Alleged "five visceramake person impotent", Chinese medicine thinks, although the pathological change place of this disease is tendons and muscles,pathological change often involves five viscera,and its pathogenesis is closely related to the deficiency of five viscera.Therefore, based on the theory and clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine, the author will discuss the pathogenesis and treatment of myasthenia gravis in depth from five viscera of TCM,in order toprovide more ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
