摘要
特种车型电动车玻璃钢壳体存在大量针孔,其表面涂装易产生不良的涂膜弊病,如涂膜干瘪、失光。通过对施工方案进行改进优化,获得了丰满光亮的表面涂装效果,提升了电动车的整体品质。
        Special type electric glass steel shell have a large number of pinholes, the surface coating is easy to produce bad film defects, such as dry film and light loss. Through the optimization of construction scheme,the full surface coating effect of light is obtained, the overall quality of electric vehicles is improved.
