Objective To establish a vehicle dynamics test system for the observation of tire prints. Methods The signal of each test sensor input computer by multi-channel digital acquisition transmission and high-speed camera connected computer with a gigabit network card. All test data collected synchronously. Results By processing images of high-speed camera with gray-scale conversion, so that all test data stored with numerical value for analysis and research. Conclusion The car dynamics test system integration of high speed camera which could record vehicle and pavement information dynamically would help study on dynamic characteristics of automobile at the production process of tire prints.
