多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在踝关节骨折中的应用价值分析

摘要
目的观察踝关节骨折中多层螺旋CT三维重建技术的应用价值。方法 75例研究对象均选自本院2016年4月至2018年2月接收的踝关节骨折患者,全部患者均实施多层螺旋CT扫描、数字X线摄影检查以及多层螺旋CT扫描三维重建,观察75例患者的检测结果。结果 MPR的诊断符合率为100.0%,VR的诊断符合率为97.33%,DR的诊断符合率为89.33%,MPR与VR的诊断符合率明显比DR要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VR和MPR在对踝关节骨折诊断时,其诊断率明显高于DR,DR可谓是急诊检查踝关节外伤的首要方式,而VR在呈现骨折状态和解剖状况上明显高于DR和MPR,而VR、MPR在诊断踝关节骨折、手术入路以及外科制订手术方案上具有显著的作用。
        Objective To observe the application value of multi-slice spiral CT 3-D reconstruction in ankle fracture.Methods 75 patients with ankle fracture received from our hospital from April 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT scan,digital X-ray examination and three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CT scan.The results of 75 patients were observed.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of MPR and VR was 100.0 and 97.33 respectively.The diagnostic coincidence rate of MPR and VR was higher than that of Dr(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic rate of VR and MPR in the diagnosis of ankle fracture is obviously higher than that of Dr Dr,and VR is the first way to examine ankle trauma in emergency,while VR is higher than Dr and MPRs in presenting fracture status and anatomical condition,and VRMPR can be used in the diagnosis of ankle fracture.Surgical approach and surgical planning have significant effects.
