临床药师参与糖尿病患者使用胰岛素的健康教育实践

目的:探讨临床药师干预门诊2型糖尿病患者使用胰岛素的方法和作用,了解门诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛素自我注射现状,探索临床药师的工作模式。方法:选取门诊使用胰岛素的2型糖尿病患者76例,临床药师对患者进行胰岛素相关的用药指导和健康教育。干预6个月,比较干预前后患者对胰岛素的认知水平和自我注射行为水平。结果:完成6个月随访的患者共69例。与干预前比较,干预6个月后门诊2型糖尿病患者对胰岛素的认知水平和注射技术明显提高,自我管理水平明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:临床药师参与门诊2型糖尿病患者的用药指导和健康教育,取得了良好效果,应努力探索,进一步发挥药师的积极作用。
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the pharmacists intervention on the methods and functions of the use of insulin in patients with type 2 diabetes in outpatients, to understand the status of insulin self injection in patients with type 2 diabetes in outpatients and to explore the working mode of pharmacists. METHODS: 76 patients with type 2 diabetes who used insulin were selected to conduct insulin related medication guidance and health education by clinical pharmacists. After intervention of 6 months, insulin awareness and self-injection behavior levels were compared before and after intervention. RESULTS: A total of 69 patients completed the 6-month follow-up. Compared with before intervention, the insulin awareness and injection technique of insulin in patients with type 2 diabetes had been significantly improved after 6 months of intervention, and the self-management level also had been significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Pharmacists are effective in medication guidance and health education for outpatients with type 2 diabetes. Pharmacists should strive to explore and play a positive role in medication.
