摘要
针对多层铝板缺陷的自动化和定量化检测问题,基于直流通电测磁原理研制一套阵列GMR(巨磁阻)缺陷检测系统。系统包括激励模块、检测模块和软件平台等3个模块,设计包含8个GMR阵元的阵列微磁检测探头,并根据直流通电测磁的缺陷信号特征,采用横向磁场分量信号Bx对缺陷进行表征和定量评价。以多层铝板为对象进行系统灵敏度测试和缺陷检测。实验结果表明,基于GMR阵列的直流通电测磁缺陷检测系统具有较高的灵敏度,能够有效地检测多层铝板中的缺陷并对缺陷长度进行量化评价。
        To deal with the problems of automatic and quantitative detection of defects in multilayer aluminum plate,an array of Giant Magnetoresistive(GMR)defect detection system was developed based on the principle of DC current measurement.The transverse magnetic field component signal(Bx)is firstly selected to characterize and quantitatively evaluate the defect,according to the characteristics of the defect signal of DC power measurement.Then the array micromagnetic detection probe containing 8 GMR array elements is designed to build up an electromagnetic nondestructive detection system.Finally,the system sensitivity test and defect detection experiment were carried out on a multi-layer aluminum plate.The results show that the DC-based magnetic field detection system based on GMR array has higher sensitivity and can better detect and quantify defects in the multilayer aluminum plate.
