摘要
京津冀协同发展的背景下,开展承载力评价有利于厘清各地资源禀赋、环境本底和经济发展等因素对区域发展的约束,提升环境保护意识。文章运用生态足迹理论,使用传统生态足迹法测度出京津冀各城市的生态承载力和生态足迹,并以此为基础选取三维生态足迹法在时空上对各地区的资源利用情况进行分析,进而对各区域的承载优势、承载短板以及承载力的发展趋势等进行对比和分析,最后基于实证分析从不同角度探索推动京津冀承载力优势互补和生态环境协同治理的思路。
Under the background of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the implement of bearing capacity evaluation is beneficial to clarify the constraints of resource endowment, environmental background, economic development and other factors on the regional development and enhance the awareness of environmental protection. Based on the theory of ecological footprint, this paper uses the traditional ecological footprint method to measure the ecological carrying capacity and ecological footprint of cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, selects three-dimensional ecological footprint method in time and space to analyze the regional resource utilization based on this, and then analyzes and compares the regional bearing advantages,short bearing plate and bearing capacity of the development trend, and finally explores the complementary advantages based on the empirical analysis from different angles to promote Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei carrying capacity and the thought of the coordinated management of ecological environment.
