摘要
以碳晶为填料、聚乙烯醇胶为基料制备了电热涂料,印刷制得碳晶聚碳酸酯(PC)电热薄膜。探究了网格结构对PC电热薄膜电热转换效率的影响,分别从体积电阻率、发热温度、介电常数、微观结构的角度对其机理进行了研究。结果表明:相对于平面结构的PC电热薄膜而言,网格结构碳晶PC电热薄膜的碳晶电热涂层与网格间形成了薄层微电容结构,并且具有更高的发热温度、更低的体积电阻率和更大的介电常数;网格结构碳晶PC电热薄膜的电热转换效率为87.4%。
        An electrothermal coating was prepared by using carbon crystal as a filler and polyvinyl alcohol as a base material, and a carbon crystal polycarbonate(PC) electrothermal film was obtained by printing. The effect of grid structure on the electrothermal conversion efficiency of PC electrothermal film was investigated. The mechanism was studied from the viewpoints of volume resistivity, heating temperature, dielectric constant and microstructure. The results show that a thin layer microcapacitor structure is formed between the carbon crystal electrothermal coating and the grid in the carbon crystal PC electrothermal film with the grid structure, and the PC electrothermal film has higher heating temperature,lower volume resistivity and a larger dielectric constant compared to the PC electrothermal film with planar structure. The electrothermal conversion efficiency of carbon crystal PC electrothermal film with the grid structure is 87.4%.
