摘要
以硅酸铝活性粉体为胶结料,以二氧化硅为矿物质添加物,经物理发泡形成多孔泡沫型坯,干燥后高温煅烧,制备一种耐高温的轻质保温隔热材料。设计干密度为260 kg/m~3,材料基本配比及工艺为200 g高铝耐火水泥,60 g二氧化硅粉体,100 mL水,水灰比0.5,定容体积1 L,烧结温度1180℃,烧结时间2 h。对烧结体进行了性能测试,测试结果表明,烧结体干密度268 kg/m~3,抗压强度4.2 MPa,1000℃下导热系数0.06 W/(m·K),吸水率3%,作为工业窑炉保温隔热材料性能优良。
A high temperature resistant lightweight insulation material was prepared with active powders of aluminum silicate as a binder and silica as a mineral additive.The porous foam parison was formed by physical foaming,dried,and then calcined at a high temperature.The test material formula was 200 g high aluminum refractory cement,60 g silica powder,100 m L of water,in a fixed capacity volume of 1 L with water powder ratio of 0.5,the designed dry density of which was set at 260 kg/m~3.The parison was sintered at 1180 ℃ for 2 h.Then,the properties of the sintered material were tested.The results show that the sintered body has a dry density of 268 kg/m~3,a compressive strength of 4.2 MPa,a thermal conductivity of 0.06 W/(m·K) at 1000 ℃,and a water absorption rate is 3%,which can be an excellent thermal insulation material for industrial kilns.
