摘要
牛支原体在全球范围内分布广泛且具有高度传染性,会引起严重疾病,急需一种快速、准确的诊断方法以预防和控制该病的爆发。综述了牛支原体不同检测技术的研究进展。微生物培养是对支原体的鉴定和诊断的传统方法,而近年来,通过聚合酶链式反应检测牛支原体的研究越来越多。与传统方法相比,聚合酶链式反应(PCR)具有更高的诊断效率、特异性以及敏感性。综合比较发现,每一种检测方法都有利有弊,联合使用各种检测法可互相补充信息,同时结合临床症状更有助于支原体的检测和监控牛群疾病状况。
        Mycoplasma bovis is widely distributed and highly infectious in the world,causing serious diseases. A rapid and accurate diagnostic method is urgently needed to prevent and control the outbreak of the disease. In this paper,the research progress of different detection techniques for Mycoplasma bovis was reviewed. The traditional method of identification and diagnosis of mycoplasma is microbial culture,but in recent years,more and more studies on detection of Mycoplasma bovis by polymerase chain reaction( PCR) have been carried out. Compared with traditional methods,polymerase chain reaction has higher diagnostic efficiency,specificity and sensitivity. It is found that each detection method has some advantages and disadvantages. Combining use of various detection methods and clinical symptoms can supplement each other's information and combined with clinical symptoms,it is more conducive to the detection of mycoplasma and monitoring the disease status of herds.
