特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿细胞免疫功能变化及临床意义

摘要
目的:对于存在特发性血小板减少性紫癜的患儿进行检测,分析其免疫功能变化情况和临床意义。方法:研究选取2015年2月～2017年2月在某院就诊的特发性血小板减少性紫癜的患儿100例作为研究的试验组,再在同一时期选择在我院进行体检的健康同龄儿100例作为研究的对照组,对两组研究对象进行流式细胞术和酶联免疫吸附试验检测,检测项目为外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8的比例以及血浆细胞因子IFN-r、IL-4浓度。结果:结果表明,检测时试验组的患儿CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、IL-4水平比对照组低,且其IFN-r水平要比对照组高,存在统计学差异。采取8周的治疗后,试验组患儿CD3、CD4、IL-4水平相比于治疗前升高,IFN-r相比于治疗前降低,变化显著。结论:患有特发性血小板减少性紫癜的患儿会出现细胞免疫功能异常的情况,其与疾病的活动状态具有一定的联系。
Objective: To detect the presence of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in children, and to analyze the changes of immune function and clinical significance.Methods: 100 cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in a hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the study group, and in the same period, 100 patients with healthy age were selected as control groups.Two groups of subjects were tested by flow cytometry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, the proportion of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 and plasma cytokine IFN-r and IL-4 concentrations were detected.Results:The results showed that the levels of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 and IL-4 in the test group were lower than those in control group, and the IFN-r level was higher than that of the control group, and there were statistical differences.After 8 weeks of treatment, the level of CD3, CD4 and IL-4 in the experimental group was higher than before treatment, and IFN-r was significantly lower than before treatment.Conclusion: Patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura may have abnormal cellular immune function, which is related to the activity of the disease.
