基于健康状态辨识的中医健康管理

摘要
状态是中医健康认知的逻辑起点,也是健康管理的核心。当前,中医健康领域存在的较为突出的问题是缺少系统理论指导和共性技术方法,究其原因是对于健康认知的核心不明确,因而导致健康服务同质化,效果评价不客观,服务技术难以形成规范,也无法与现代技术结合。文章基于"把握状态是维护健康的关键"这一思想,系统阐述了中医健康状态的特点与分类、状态辨识的原理与方法,以及状态辨识与中医健康管理的内在联系,认为基于健康状态辨识可以实现中医健康管理从理论、技术、方法到应用的落地和转化。为中医健康管理和"治未病"健康服务提供理论指导和技术支撑。
The state is the logical starting point of TCM health cognition and the core of health management. At present, the more prominent problem in the TCM health industry is the lack of system theory guidance and common technology method platform. The reason is that the core of cognition of human health is not clear, which leads to the homogenization of health services, the evaluation of effects is not objective, the service technology is difficult to form norms, and it cannot be combined with modern technology. Based on the idea that ‘holding the state is the key to maintaining health', this paper systematically expounds the characteristics and classification of TCM health statu, the principle and method of state differentiation, and the intrinsic relationship between state differentiation and TCM health management. Realize the practical transformation of TCM health management from theory, technology, method to application. Provide theoretical guidance for Chinese medicine health management and ‘preventive treatment of pro-disease' health services.
