枇杷清肺饮治疗肺胃湿热型面部痤疮的效果及不良反应率评价

摘要
目的分析枇杷清肺饮治疗面部痤疮肺胃湿热型的效果及不良反应率。方法:纳入本院2016年9月至2018年10月门诊接诊的80例面部痤疮肺胃湿热型患者,本次研究分组方法是"随机数字表法",分对照组采纳常规中成药治疗,40例,研究组采纳枇杷清肺饮治疗,40例,两组均治疗4周,对比两组临床疗效、临床症状积分、皮损面积、不良反应。结果:研究组临床总有效率显著比对照组高,研究组治疗后临床症状积分、皮损面积、不良反应发生率显著比对照组低,P<0.05。结论:枇杷清肺饮可有效减轻面部痤疮肺胃湿热型患者临床症状,促进皮损消退,效果确切,且不良反应较少,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the effect of Qingqingfei Decoction on the treatment of facial acne with lung and dampness and adverse reaction rate. Methods Eighty patients with facial acne, lung, stomach and dampness were enrolled in the outpatient clinic from September 2016 to October 2018. The grouping method was "random number table method" and the control group was treated with conventional Chinese patent medicine. Forty patients in the study group were treated with Qiqingfei Decoction, 40 patients, both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score, lesion area and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The clinical symptom score, lesion area and adverse reaction rate were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion Quqing Lianyin can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with facial acne, lung and stomach dampness and heat, promote the regression of skin lesions, the effect is exact, and the adverse reactions are less, it is worth learning.
