平喘止咳汤治疗慢阻肺急性加重期的临床观察

摘要
目的研究平喘止咳汤治疗慢阻肺急性加重期的临床疗效。方法选取的慢阻肺急性加重期患者为本院2016年8月—2017年8月收治的88例,遵照单双号法的分组方式分为2组,即对照组(44例)和研究组(44例),对照组实施常规治疗,研究组在此基础上应用平喘止咳汤治疗,对比2组肺功能改善效果及临床疗效的差异性。结果连续治疗4周后,2组患者的FEV1、FEV1%均明显高于治疗前,组间接受比较后发现,研究组均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的治疗总有效率与治疗组的治疗总有效率进行比较,研究组高于对照组,2组存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论慢阻肺急性加重期患者采用平喘止咳汤治疗效果显著,可有效改善肺功能,具有临床使用和推广价值。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Pingchuan Zhike decoction in treating acute obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Eighty-eight cases of acute obstructive pulmonary acute exacerbation were selected from August 2016 to August 2017 in this hospital. They were divided into two groups according to the grouping method of single and double number. The control group was treated with routine treatment.The study group was treated with Pingchuan Zhike decoction on the basis of the control group. The difference in lung function improvement and clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared. Results After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the FEV1 and FEV1% of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment. The comparison between the two groups showed that the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate in the study group was higher than the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Pingchuan Zhike decoction in treating acute obstructive pulmonary disease is effective,and can effectively improve lung function. It has clinical application and promotion value.
