北京加快科技创新发展的着力点

摘要
面对日益复杂的国际贸易形势、日趋剧烈的科技竞争,北京应在科技创新领域保持协同创新优势,面向世界科技前沿,围绕和服务于国家重大需求,以系统工程思维统筹科技资源和要素,在全球科技协同创新中实现把握应有的话语权。同时,与城市功能定位紧密结合,构建以高精尖经济体系为主的现代化经济体系,强化原始创新与基础创新,形成创新驱动的发展格局。
