摘要
BIM技术可视化、协调性、模拟性、优化性和可出图性的特点,决定了BIM技术在建设工程中具有良好的发展前景,但目前BIM技术在工程造价领域的应用仍处于初级阶段。本文在分析BIM技术在造价方面常见应用模式的优缺点的基础上,探讨了制约BIM技术推广和使用的主要因素,提出了BIM造价的应用思路以及此技术对造价从业人员的影响和要求。
        The characteristics of BIM technology such as visualization, coordination, simulation, optimization and ability of drawing production determine that BIM technology has a good development prospect in construction project. But the application of BIM technology in the engineering cost is still in its initial stage. On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of common application modes of BIM technology in engineering cost, this paper discusses the main factors that restrict the popularization and application of BIM technology, and puts forward the application thoughts of BIM cost, as well as the impact and requirements of BIM technology on cost employees.
