摘要
目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)患者血清白细胞介素17(interleukin-17,IL-17)、IL-23水平与性激素及脂代谢的关系。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月于黄石市妇幼保健院接受治疗的PCOS患者68例为观察组,另选取同期在体检中心体检健康的育龄女性50例为对照组。比较两组血清中IL-17、IL-23、卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、LH/FSH值、总睾酮(total testosterone,TT)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、低密度胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)的水平,采用Pearson系数分析PCOS患者IL-17、IL-23水平与性激素指标及脂代谢指标的关系。结果两组FSH、TC、LDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组血清中的IL-17、IL-23、LH、TT、TG水平和LH/FSH值[(243.94±51.27)pg/mL、(60.38±31.45)pg/mL、(11.41±5.26)IU/L、(2.76±0.68)ng/mL、(2.41±1.12)mmol/L、(2.03±1.01)]均明显高于对照组[(73.68±22.36) pg/mL、(31.26±22.43)pg/mL、(5.79±2.34)IU/L、(0.92±0.38)ng/mL、(1.35±0.98)mmol/L、(0.86±0.34)],HDL-C水平[(1.38±0.32)mmol/L]低于对照组[(2.53±0.28)mmol/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCOS患者IL-17、IL-23分别与LH、LH/FSH、TT、TG呈正相关(P<0.05),与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 IL-17、IL-23在PCOS患者血清中呈高表达,且其水平与部分性激素及脂代谢指标有关,提示IL-17、IL-23可能参与了PCOS的发生、发展。
        Objective To investigate the relationship between serum interleukin 17(IL-17) and interleukin 23(IL-23) level with sex hormone and lipid metabolism in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 68 cases of PCOS who were treated in Huangshi Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the observation group. Another 50 healthy pregnant women who were in physical examination center during the same period were selected as control group. The levels of serum IL-17,IL-23,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),LH/FSH value, total testosterone(TT),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were compared in the two groups. Pearson coefficient was used to analyze the relationship between the levels of IL-17,IL-23 and sex hormones,lipid metabolism in patients with PCOS. Results There were no significant differences in the levels of FSH, TC and LDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of IL-17,IL-23,LH,TT,TG and LH/FSH in the serum of the observation group[(243.94±51.27)pg/mL,(60.38±31.45)pg/mL,(11.41±5.26)IU/L,(2.76±0.68)ng/mL,(2.41±1.12)mmol/L,(2.03±1.01)] were significantly higher than those in the control group[(73.68±22.36) pg/mL,(31.26±22.43)pg/mL,(5.79±2.34)IU/L,(0.92±0.38)ng/mL,(1.35±0.98)mmol/L,(0.86±0.34)], and the level of HDL-C[(1.38±0.32)mmol/L] was lower than that of the control group[(2.53±0.28)mmol/L], the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).IL-17 and IL-23 in PCOS patients were positively correlated with LH,LH/FSH,TT and TG(P<0.05), and negatively correlated with HDL-C(P<0.05). Conclusion IL-17 and IL-23 are highly expressed in the serum of PCOS patients, and their level is related to some sex hormones and lipid metabolism indicators. It suggests that IL-17 and IL-23 may be involved in the development of PCOS.
