王琛教授从太少并病论治慢性肾脏病蛋白尿经验拾珍

摘要
蛋白尿是慢性肾脏病最常见的临床症状之一,具有难治性、顽固性、反复性,一直困扰着临床工作者及患者。王琛教授为上海市名老中医郑平东学术经验研究工作室继承人,长期致力于探索中医药对于慢性肾脏病的治疗研究,在慢性肾脏病蛋白尿的治疗方面积累了丰富的临床经验。认为其主要病位在于脾肾两脏,"太少并病",脾从"阴化"、肾从"寒化"之脾肾阳虚为主证,兼见湿浊、瘀血等有形之邪,治疗上注重健脾益肾、温运扶阳,结合具体证候兼以益气活血、清热利湿解毒等法,取得了满意的临床疗效。
Proteinuria,which have perplexed clinical workers and patients for the characteristics of refractory,intractable,and repetitive,is one of the most common clinical manifestations of CKD( chronic kidney disease). Professor WANG Chen is ZHENG Pingdong's academic research studio heir,who was the famous old doctor of TCM( traditional Chinese medicine) in Shanghai. Professor WANG Chen has dedicated himself to study TCM on treating CKD for a long time,and has accumulated a wealth of clinical experience on chronic nephropathy proteinuria. He thinks the main location of this disease is spleen and kidney,concurrent disease of Taiyin and Shaoyin Channels,and the main type of syndrome is Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney for their cold transformation,blood stasis and wet and muddy etc.,such as real evilexist simultaneously. He emphasizes that it is important to strenthen the spleen and tonify the kidney,warm movement and enhance Yang,combine with enriching Qi and activating blood,clearing heat-toxin and eliminating dampness according to specific conditions. Through these treatmentswe have made satisfactory clinical effects.
