士酒缓解体力疲劳功能的研究

摘要
本文研究了士酒对体力疲劳的缓解作用。实验设置空白对照组与酒基对照组,以及2.40mL/kg·bw/d、0.8mL/kg·bw/d、0.4mL/kg·bw/d三个剂量组。受试小鼠每天按0.1mL/10g·bw剂量经口灌胃1次,连续灌胃30d后,分别进行负重游泳实验、血浆尿素测定、肝糖原测定和血乳酸测定。结果表明,与酒基对照组比较,高剂量组小鼠的负重游泳时间显著延长(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组小鼠血浆尿素水平显著降低(P<0.05);高剂量组小鼠肝糖原的含量显著升高(P<0.05);中剂量组小鼠游泳后的血乳酸含量显著降低(P<0.05)。士酒具有缓解体力疲劳的功能。
        The objective of this study is to evaluate the anti-fatigue functions of shi liquor. In the experiments, the mice were di-vided into three groups: blank control group, base liquor control group, and dose group(dosage of 2.4 m L/kg·BW, 0.8 m L/kg·BW, and 0.4 m L/kg·BW respectively, intragastric administration of 0.1 m L/kg·BW each day). After 30 d, the mice were subjected to weight loading swimming test and their serum urea nitrogen, hepatic glycogen and serum lactic acid were measured. The results showed that, compared to base liquor control group, the weight loading swimming time of high-dose group was significantly prolonged(P<0.05), their serum urea nitrogen of low-dose group and middle-dose group and high-dose group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the hepatic glycogen content of high-dose group was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the serum lactic acid content of middle-dose group was significantly decreased(P<0.05) after swimming. Accordingly, shi liquor had anti-fatigue functions.
