灭菌冷却生理盐水在微创阻生牙拔除中的应用

摘要
目的探讨灭菌冷却生理盐水在微创阻生牙拔除中的应用效果。方法选择2015年12月-2016年9月在本院口腔科门诊就诊并确诊为阻生牙拔除患者178例(260颗牙),随机分为两组,实验组89例采用灭菌冷却水系统微创拔牙,对照组89例采用瓶装纯净水供水系统进行拔牙,观察两组患者术后患者软组织反应及手术并发症情况。结果在牙龈卟啉单胞菌的菌落计数方面,观察组与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取灭菌冷却外用生理盐水一次性灭菌冷却水系统微创拔牙,减少了伤口感染的可能性,增加了患者的舒适度及满意度,可以提高手术的成功率。
        Objective To investigate the application effect of sterilized cooling saline in the removal of minimally invasive impacted teeth. Methods From December 2015 to September 2016, 178 outpatients(260 teeth) in department of stomatology in our hospital, who was diagnosed with impacted teeth, were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group of 89 patients using minimally invasive sterilization cooling water system extraction, the control group of 89 patients with bottled water supply system, soft tissue reaction and surgical complications were observed in two groups. Results In the gum porphyrin of bacterium colony count, between observation group and control group patients with maxillary teeth pull out showed significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of disposable sterilized saline sterilization cooling external cooling water system of minimally invasive extraction, could reduce the possibility of infection, increase patient comfort and satisfaction and improve the success rate of operation.
