翻转课堂在高职《食品微生物检验技术》实验教学中的应用

摘要
本研究通过翻转课堂在实验教学中的实际使用为例,表明相比于传统的教学方法,翻转课堂在《食品微生物检验技术》高职食品微生物检验技术教学中能够将课堂主角还给学生,激发了学生学习的积极性,提高了学生的实践技能水平,碎片化、形象化并丰富了教学内容,提高了实验教学效果,是培养高素质技术技能人才的有效教学方法。
This study takes the practical use of the flipped classroom in experimental teaching as an example to show that compared with traditional teaching methods, the flipped classroom can return the main role of the classroom to the students in the teaching of Food Microbiological Testing Technology in higher vocational colleges, stimulate the students' learning enthusiasm, improve their practical skills, enrich and visualize the teaching of fragments. The content of the course improves the effect of experimental teaching. The flipped classroom has proved to be an effective teaching method for training high-quality technical and skilled personnel.
