中医药融入家庭医生工作创建社区COPD健康管理新模式

摘要
目的将中医药融入家庭医生制工作,发挥中医药优势,探索中西医结合对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)健康管理的家庭医生服务新模式。方法采用理论研究与实践研究相结合的方法,通过头脑风暴、专家指导、调查研究、借鉴中医药和家庭医生制度在COPD治疗干预的优势,探索中医药融入家庭医生工作对COPD社区健康管理的方法和措施。结果初步将家庭医生工作与中医药健康管理相融合,建立起以家庭医生为主体中西医结合的COPD健康管理新模式和运行机制。结论以COPD为例,将中医药融入家庭医生制工作,符合国家提倡的大力发展中医药事业,实行中西医并重的方针,也符合家庭医生连续性、综合性、协调性、个体化和人性化的服务特点。此模式还需要在实践中进一步证实操作性和成效性。
Objective The traditional Chinese medicine is integrated into the family doctor system, and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine are brought into play. The new model of family doctor service for COPD health management is explored by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods By using the method of combining theory and practice research, through brainstorming, expert guidance, investigation and reference of traditional Chinese medicine and the family doctor system in the treatment of COPD superiority of the intervention methods and measures to explore the work of Chinese medicine into the family doctor of COPD community health management. Results We initially integrate family doctor work and traditional Chinese medicine health management, and set up a new COPD health management mode and operation mechanism based on family doctor team as the main body. Conclusion Taking COPD as an example, integrating traditional Chinese medicine into family doctor system is in line with the policy advocated by the state to vigorously develop traditional Chinese medicine and implementing both Chinese and Western medicine. It also accords with the characteristics of continuity, comprehensiveness, coordination, individuation and humanization of family doctors. This pattern also needs to be further proved operational and effective in practice.
