摘要
介绍一种利用锅炉余热加热压缩空气,快速冷却汽轮机的技术。该技术在国电宝庆电厂国产660MW超临界汽轮机上得到成功应用,实践证明,锅炉余热加热压缩空气可以满足汽轮机快冷的需求,对转子和汽缸的热冲击较小,不增加汽轮机寿命损耗;与利用电加热器加热压缩空气相比,该系统不需要专门的空气加热器,更加安全可靠,具有良好的经济效益和节能环保效应。
This paper introduces a technology of using boiler waste heat to heat compressed air and quickly cool steam turbine.This technology has been successfully applied to domestic 660 MW supercritical steam turbine in Baoqing Power Plant of Guodian.The practice has proved that the compressed air heated by boiler waste heat can meet the demand of rapid cooling of steam turbine,and the thermal impact on rotor and cylinder is small. Compared with using electric heater to heat compressed air,the system does not need special air heater,so it is more safe and reliable,and has good economic benefit,energy saving and environmental protection effect.
