浅析广播电视工程施工的管理策略

摘要
广播电视工程施工管理是保证广播电视工程施工顺利进行,推动广播电视事业发展的重要途径。提升广播电视工程施工管理的水平,丰富管理策略,成为广播电视工程管理人员关注的重点问题。主要对广播电视工程的施工管理策略进行研究,以提升其管理水平。
The construction management of Radio and Television projects provides an important way to guarantee a smooth radio and TV construction process, thus boosting the development of its industry. Enhancing the construction management and enriching the management strategies have become the key issues that administrative staff of Radio and Television Engineering focus on. This paper mainly studies the strategies of construction management of Radio and Television projects in order to improve its management level.
