刘完素“治未病”刍议

摘要
随着生活水平的改变,健康观和医学模式逐渐步入人们的生活,医疗也从关注人的疾病向关注人的健康转变,中医治未病观念可谓日益深入人心。笔者通过对刘完素的学术思想进行整理,发现其"治未病"思想遵循《内经》,并有自身独特见解,本文从"人与自然、精气神、年龄调养、自我调摄"等方面进行探索,对现代亚健康调理有指导作用。
As the lifestyle changes,the view of health and medical model starting to get into people's lives,health concept and medical model have gradually stepped into people's life,the idea of of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) is becoming more and more popular.By sorting out the academic thoughts of LIU Wansu,the author finds that his thoughts of conditioning follow the Neijing and have his own unique views.This paper explore from the aspects of "man and nature,spirit,age,self-regulation" and provided guidance to sub-health management.
