摘要
目的:研究宁夏汉族大学生指长波动性不对称(FA)与握力(HGS)的关系。方法:采用体质测量法,比较宁夏汉族大学生630例(男性232例,女性398例)示指、中指、环指、小指指长FA(2FA、3FA、4FA、5FA)、复合FA(CFA)及握力均值的差异性,分析2FA、4FA与握力的关系。结果:宁夏汉族大学生女性各指FA及握力均值低于男性,且2FA、4FA、CFA及握力差异有统计学意义;女性2FA和4FA人数在|L-R|≥0.04组显著低于男性;女性2FA和男性4FA与右手握力明显相关。结论:指长FA及握力有性别差异,2FA和4FA与握力相关,可能是个体某些运动潜能的间接生物学参考指标之一。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between fluctuating asymmetry(FA)of digit length and handgrip strength(HGS)in college students of Han ethnicity from Ningxia.Methods:Using anthropometry,the mean values of 2 FA,3 FA,4 FA,5 FA,composite FA(CFA)and HGS of 630(males:232;females:398)college students of Han ethnicity were compared,and the relationship between 2 FA,4 FA and HGS were studied.Results:FA of each digit and HGS were lower in females than those in males.Significant differences of 2 FA,4 FA,CFA and HGS were found between different genders.Compared with males,the distribution of 2 FA and 4 FA in|L-R|≥0.04 group were lower in females.2 FA significantly correlated with HGS in females while 4 FA significantly correlated with HGS in males on the right hand.Conclusion:FA and HGS have gender difference.The 2 FA and 4 FA are correlated with HGS,which may be one of the indirect reference biomarkers for some potential exercise.
