摘要
研究宁夏汉族男性指长比(2D:4D)与胃癌的关系。采用体质测量法,比较宁夏汉族男性186例(对照组93例,胃癌患者组93例)左右手指长比(2D:3D、2D:4D、2D:5D、3D:4D、3D:5D、4D:5D)均值及其差异性,分析2D:4D与年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移程度及转移距离间的相关性。宁夏汉族男性胃癌患者组各指长比均值均低于对照组,2D:4D、3D:4D差异有统计学意义;胃癌患者组2D:4D<1的比例显著高于对照组;2D:4D均值与胃癌患者年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移程度及转移距离无相关性。指长比,尤其是2D:4D与宁夏汉族男性胃癌有关,可能是胃癌早期筛查的间接指标之一。
        Objective: To study the relationship between digit ratio and gastric cancer in males of Han nationality from Ningxia. Method: Using anthropometry, the differences of digit ratio(2 D : 3 D, 2 D : 4 D, 2 D : 5 D, 3 D : 4 D, 3 D : 5 D, 4 D:5 D) of 186 male participants(control group: 93; gastric cancer group: 93) were compared,and the relationship between2 D : 4 D and age,tumor size(T),lymph node involvement(N),distant metastases(M)) was analyzed. Results: The mean value of each digit ratio was lower in cancer cases than that in control group. Significant differences of 2 D: 4 D and 3 D: 4 D were found between two groups. Compared with control group, the percentage of 2 D:4 D<1 was significantly higher in cancer cases. No relationships were found between 2 D: 4 D and age, T, N, M. Conclusion: Digit ratio, especially 2 D: 4 D,is correlated to males with gastric cancer of Han nationality from Ningxia, and it may be one of the indirect indices for early screening for this disease.
