摘要
对4个绿叶类和13个红叶类粗肋草(Aglaonema commutatun)品种在冬季低温寒冷条件下2个月后植株的外观、细胞膜透性、叶绿素和丙二醛浓度等的差异进行了观察,以期研究不同粗肋草品种的抗寒性差异.结果表明:常见的绿叶类粗肋草品种‘黄金宝玉’、‘黑美人’、‘白雪公主’和‘银皇后’的抗寒性较差,而红叶类品种的抗寒性较强;按抗寒性从强到弱可将红叶类品种分为3类,‘孔雀开屏’的抗寒性最强,‘红龙’、‘午夜女郎’、‘如意’、‘灿烂’、‘贵夫人’、‘邦德’、‘日出’、‘极光’和‘甜梦’等9个品种的抗寒性次之,‘龙焰’、‘柠檬美’和‘口红’等3个品种的抗寒性最差;抗寒性较强的粗肋草品种其丙二醛浓度普遍较高,叶绿素浓度普遍较低.适宜在广州进行露地栽培的红叶类品种有‘孔雀开屏’、‘红龙’、‘午夜女郎’、‘如意’、‘灿烂’、‘贵夫人’、‘邦德’、‘日出’、‘极光’和‘甜梦’;在广州需要保护地栽培的红叶类品种有‘龙焰’、‘柠檬美’和‘口红’.
        To assess cold resistance of thirteen red leaf cultivars and four green leaf ones of Aglaonema commutatun,some indexes such as plant appearance,cell membrane permeability,chlorophyll content and malonaldehyde( MDA) content were determined respectively after nature cold stress for two months.The results showed that common green leaf cultivars such as ‘Golden Jewelry',‘Treubii',‘Snow White'and ‘Silver Queen'had weaker cold resistance than many red leaf cultivars. Cold resistance of red leaf cultivars can be divided into three types,‘Peacock'had the strongest cold resistance among all cultivars,and cultivars such as‘Red Dragon',‘Midnight Girl',‘Red Valentine',‘Brilliant',‘Lady Valentine',‘Bond',‘Sunrise',‘Polar Light'and‘Sweet Dream'had stronger cold resistance,while cultivars such as ‘Dragon Fire',‘Lemon Beauty'and ‘Lipstick'had weaker resistance. Cultivars with stronger cold resistance had higher content of MDA and lower content of chlorophyll. Red leaf cultivars such as ‘Peacock',‘Red Dragon',‘Midnight Girl',‘Red Valentine',‘Lady Valentine',‘Bond',‘Brilliant',‘Polar Light',‘Sunrise'and‘Sweet Dream',could be cultured in open field,while cultivars such as ‘Dragon Fire',‘Lemon Beauty'and ‘Lipstick'should be cultured under protected condition in Guangzhou,China.
