摘要
[目的]探索红掌(Anthurium andraeanum)组培苗移栽技术,为快繁种苗提供理论基础和依据。[方法]以红掌组培苗为试材进行移栽单因素试验,研究了基质、遮荫度、肥料等对红掌移栽苗生长情况的影响。[结果]泥炭土+水草+珍珠岩(2∶1∶1)为最佳的红掌组培苗移栽基质;在一层遮阳网下的遮荫度最适宜红掌生长,成活率最高;AB(1 000倍液)为红掌组培苗移栽施用的最佳肥料;遮荫有利于红掌提早开花;苗期喷施50~150 mg/L赤霉素能提早红掌的花期。[结论]确定了盆栽红掌组培苗适宜移栽条件参数,为促进红掌优良品种的快速繁殖提供参考。
        [Objective] The study was to explore the transplanting technology of the Authurium andraeanum plantlets and provide theoretical basis for fast propagation. [Method] The Authurium andraeanum plantlets were used in single factor experiment of transplanting,and the effects of different transplanting conditions including ground substance,covered with sunshade screen,and fertilizer on the growth of transplanted seedlings were researched. [Result] The most appropriate substrate was peat soil,water plant,perlite(2∶1∶1). Covered with one sunshade screen was appropriate and survival rate of tissue culture plantlets was the highest. AB fluid(1 000 times) was the best fertilizer for transplantation.Sunshade helped the early flowering,sprayed gibberellins(50 ~150 mg/L) in seedling stage could effectively induce early flowering. [Conclusions] A series of suitable technical parameters for tissue culture plantlets transplanting were established,which promoted the rapid propagation of the excellent Authurium andraeanum species.
