旅游地居民获得感概念及研究框架——基于文献的研究

摘要
获得感是中国本土文化所蕴生的概念,其在学术研究和政策制定中日益受到关注。目前国外没有出现直接与"获得感"对接的概念,而国内对其研究大多停留在含义解读和现实意义上,对于旅游地居民的获得感概念探究尚未建立或未达成一致,不能有效指导实践。文章在现有对"获得感"的文献研究的基础上,首先分析获得感的研究现状和特征,通过回溯获得感一词的起源及现有概念评述,进一步探究旅游地居民满意度,幸福感与获得感之间的联系与区别。在此基础上,对旅游地居民获得感的概念进行了界定,最后构建出旅游地居民获得感研究框架,并展望未来的研究趋势,以期为旅游地居民获得感相关研究提供参考依据。
        As a concept born in Chinese native culture,"the sense of gain"has attracted increasing attention in academic research and policy formulation. There is not similar concept that corresponds to it in other countries,and most of the Chinese domestic studies about it still remain elementary as its connotation interpretation and practical significance. The study on the residents of tourist destination's "sense of gain" has not yet been established or has not reached any agreement, so it cannot effectively guide the tourism practice. This paper reviews present literature on "sense of gain". It first analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the research in "sense of gain", and then retrospects the origin of the concept, and comments its current use. With the retrospect of origin of the "sense of gain", as well as the concept evaluation to this concept, And then it further explores the relationship and differences between the sense of satisfaction, happiness and sense of gain that the residents in tourist destinations may feel. On the basis of that,And the paper tries to define the sense of gain of residents in tourist destinations, and finally constructs the framework for the study of residents' sense of gain in tourist destinations and offers the future research trends on the topic in hope to provide reference for relevant research.
