摘要
铁路混凝土桥梁伸缩缝是桥面整体防水的重要组成部分,直接关系到桥梁防水体系的有效性和结构的耐久性。高速铁路混凝土桥梁普遍采用橡胶止水带伸缩缝,由于橡胶止水带施工难度大,容易造成橡胶条嵌固不牢,或因安装精度控制不好,极易造成错台、扭转等现象,导致伸缩缝变形,严重影响伸缩缝防排水质量,当伸缩缝胶条脱落,功能丧失时,更换非常困难。近年来国内铁路开始逐步使用聚氨酯高分子弹性体密封材料替代常规的橡胶止水带伸缩缝,但常规的衬垫法施工弹性体工艺复杂,工效低、质量保证率不高,探讨一种新型简便的弹性体浇筑施工方法非常有意义。
        The expansion joint of railway concrete bridge is an important part of the overall waterproofing of the bridge deck,which is directly related to the effectiveness of the bridge waterproof system and the durability of the structure.High-speed railway concrete bridges generally use rubber water-stopping expansion joints.Due to the difficulty in construction of rubber waterstops,it is easy to cause the rubber strips to be not firmly embedded,or because the installation precision is not well controlled,it is easy to cause misalignment and twisting.The deformation of the expansion joint seriously affects the quality of the anti-drainage of the expansion joint.When the expansion joint strip falls off and the function is lost,it is very difficult to replace.In recent years,domestic railways have gradually begun to use polyurethane elastomer elastomer sealing materials instead of conventional rubber waterstop expansion joints.However,the conventional liner method is complicated in construction,low in work efficiency and low in quality assurance rate.The construction method of the elastomer casting is a very meaningful thing.
