碱减量废水中回收高纯对苯二甲酸的研究

摘要
通过研究碱减量废水中回收高纯度对苯二甲酸(TA)的技术,采用回收前净化母液的方法,分别研究了通过混凝沉降、活性炭吸附、以及两种方法结合去除废水中杂质,提高碱减量废水中回收TA的纯度。结果表明:混凝时废水pH值为7.0~7.5,Al_2(SO_4)_3·18H_2O质量浓度在300~400 mg/L左右,回收TA的纯度有很大的改善,回收率高。活性炭吸附时,活性炭质量浓度为4~5 g/L左右,吸附时间为80 min时,回收TA的纯度也有较大的改善,回收率高。二者结合,净化效果最好,回收TA的纯度可达99.3%。
        A new process has been developed in recovering the terephthalic acid(TA) with high purity from Alkali weight-reduction wastewater. In this article, purifying the mother liquid has been researched respectively with three methods: coagulation-sedimentation, carbon adsorption and the combined process of the above two methods. The results has shown that the characters of TA was great improved by the method of coagulation-sedimentation when the p H of wastewater is 7 ~ 7.5 under the existence of 300 ~ 400 mg/L Al_2(SO_4)_3·18 H_2O, as well as by the method of carbon absorption 4 ~ 5 g/L activated carbon and 80 min incubation. The combination of the above two methods is more efficient than either one of them used alone, the purity of recovered TA can reach 99.3%. The method of purifying mother liquid is technically simple and economically favorable.
