摘要
在高等职业教育日益趋向精细化的背景下,针对以往高职院校重技艺、轻人文素质教育的粗放状态,有必要结合当前新时代职业教育发展趋势,对高职院校的专业技能教学与人文素质教育基本问题进行梳理,以提升职业院校学生综合素质为出发点,有效提高职业院校学生就业市场竞争力为落脚点。本文从人文素质教育融入专业技能教育的必要性、需要遵循的基本原则,人文素质教育融入专业技能教育的路径等方面进行了初步探析。
        Under the background of higher vocational education becoming more and more refined, in view of the extensive state that vocational colleges used to attach importance to skills and neglect humanistic quality education, it is necessary to combine the current development trend of Vocational Education in the new era,take improving the comprehensive quality of vocational college students as the starting point, take effectively improving the competitiveness of vocational college students in employment market as the foothold, to sort out the basic problems of humanistic quality education. This paper makes a preliminary analysis on the necessity of integrating humanistic quality education into professional skill education, the basic principles to be followed, and the path of integrating humanistic quality education into professional skill education.
