摘要

公平正义是人类社会的永恒追求。马克思从唯物史观出发,对公平正义的内在含义进行了深刻阐释。以毛泽东为核心的中国共产党人在新民主主义革命时期和社会主义建设初期的历史发展阶段积极深化探索、践行公平正义观,形成与中国社会发展状况相适合的历史经验。这些理论和实践对于在新时代国际国内背景下,如何实现公平正义,解决新时代中国特色社会主义建设中的诸多问题,具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
Fairness and justice are the eternal pursuit of human society. Starting from the historical materialism,Marx profoundly expounded the inner meaning of fairness and justice. The Chinese communists with Mao Zedong as the core actively explored and practiced the concept of fairness and justice in the historical development stage of the new-democratic revolution and the early stage of socialist construction,and formed a historical experience that is compatible with the development of Chinese society. These theories and practices have positive value for how to achieve fairness and justice in the new era international and domestic context,solve many problems in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and realize social fairness and justice.
