摘要
以发动机滑动轴承为研究对象,综合考虑轴颈倾斜问题和实际轴承安装过程中部分轴承悬置在曲轴箱,建立发动机主轴承全约束和局部约束模型,综合考虑实际轴瓦与轴承机座之间关系,建立全约束和安装接触2种工况,采用变形矩阵法计算轴瓦的径向变形量,考虑到有限元网格和有限差分网格密度不一致,采用二维插值法将各节点的径向变形量代入到对应的有限差分网格节点上,分析弹性变形对滑动轴承润滑性能参数的影响。结果表明,考虑轴瓦弹性变后轴承最大油膜压力有所减小,最小油膜厚度增幅较小;随着偏心率增加,计及弹性变形的轴承端泄流量、承载力、工作力矩均变大;随着转速的增加,计及弹性变形的油膜压力、端泄流量、承载力、工作力矩均减小。
        With engine sliding bearings as the research object,considering the journal tilting problem and the bearing mounting in the crankcase during the actual bearing installation process,the full constraint and local constraint models of the engine main bearing were established.Considering the relationship between the actual bearing bush and the bearing seat comprehensively,two conditions of full restraint and installation contact were established.The deformation matrix method was used to calculate the radial deformation of the bearing bush.Considering the inconsistency between finite element mesh and finite difference mesh density,the radial deformation of each node was substituted into the corresponding finite difference mesh node by two-dimensional interpolation method.The effect of elastic deformation on the lubrication performance parameters of the sliding bearing was analyzed.The results indicate that the maximum oil film pressure of the bearing is reduced after considering the elastic deformation of the bearing bush,and the minimum oil film thickness increase is smaller.As the eccentricity increases,the end discharge flow,bearing capacity,and working torque of the bearing are increased when considering the elastic deformation of the bearing bush.With the increase of the rotating speed,the oil film pressure,end discharge flow,bearing capacity and working torque are reduced when considering the elastic deformation of the bearing bush.
