基于JSTAMP/NV的汽车B柱热冲压仿真分析

摘要
汽车B柱对其安全性、可靠性影响较大。为了获得力学性能优良的汽车B柱,对某型汽车B柱的热冲压工艺进行了分析。运用专业热冲压仿真软件JSTAMP/NV建立了有限元仿真模型,对其温度、等效应变、变形及硬度进行了仿真分析,并用试验进行了验证。结果表明:汽车B柱热冲压过程中,模具、板坯温度分布不同,不同部位等效应变及硬度不同,在复杂结构及突变处易产生缩颈等不良现象;试验验证了仿真分析的正确性。
        The automobile B-pillar has great influence on its safety and reliability. In order to obtain the good mechanical properties of the B-pillar,the hot stamping process of a certain type of automobile B-pillar was analyzed. The finite element simulation model was established by using the professional hot stamping simulation software JSTAMP/NV. The temperature,equivalent strain, deformation and hardness were simulated and analyzed. And the test was carried out. The results show that the temperature distribution of die and blank is different, and the equivalent strain and hardness are different in different parts during hot stamping process. It is easy to produce some bad phenomena such as neck locking in complex structures and sudden changes. The correctness of the simulation analysis is verified by the experiment.
