空间正义的四重理论特质及其当代启示

摘要
在过往的正义理论中,时间或历史一直占据中心地位,空间维度从未进入正义理论视域,或一直被边缘化。后现代社会科学的"空间转向",开始打破空间在正义理论中的沉默,从而开启了正义研究的新路向:从时间走向空间,从宏观走向微观,从理论走向实践。空间正义理论区别于社会正义理论,具有其独特的地域平衡性和历史过程性的批判性空间视角,在实践上延伸了社会正义理论的内涵。结合当今中国城镇化的发展进程,对空间正义理论的内涵及其特质进行探究,探讨空间正义的实践哲学路向。
In the past theory of justice,time or history has always occupied the central position,and the spatial dimension has never entered the perspective of justice theory,or has been marginalized. The"space turn"of post-modern social science began to break the silence of space in the theory of justice,thus opening a new direction of justice research:from time to space,from macro to micro,from theory to practice. The space justice theory,which is different from the social justice theory,has its unique regional balance and historical procedural aspects in critical spatial perspective,which extends the connotation of social justice theory in practice. Combined with the development process of urbanization in today's China,this paper explores the implications and characteristics of space justice theory and explores the direction of practical philosophy of space justice.
