人的全面发展的理论探讨与时代意蕴

摘要
人的全面发展具有"一轴两翼"的结构体系,人的个性的全面发展是"轴心",人的能力的全面发展和人的素质的全面发展构成人的全面发展的"内在条件之翼",而人的劳动活动的全面发展和人的社会关系的全面发展构成人的全面发展的"外在条件之翼"。为了更好地认识与把握人的全面发展,需要遵循两大基本的研究方法论:从历史的过程性的观点看待人的全面发展、从全球化的高度来把握人的全面发展。中国特色社会主义进入新时代背景下,应该在秉承马克思主义人的自由全面发展的最高价值追求的基础上,进一步结合当前中国经济社会发展的实际,牢牢掌握"人的全面发展"这一总体价值目标在现阶段面临的阶段性目标任务。
Human’s all-round development has the structure system of "one axis and two wings". The all-round development of human personality is the "axis". The all-round development of human ability and human quality constitute the "wings of internal conditions". And the all-round development of human’s labor activities and human’s social relations constitute the "wings of external conditions". In order to better understand and grasp human’s all-round development,we must follow two basic research methodologies:to view human’s all-round development from the perspective of historical process, and to grasp human’s all-round development from the height of globalization. Under the background of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we should clarify how to further combine the current reality of China’s economic and social development and firmly grasp "human’s all-round development" on the basis of adhering to the highest value pursuit of Marxism on the free and comprehensive development of human beings.This overall value goal is the phased goal of the task at this stage. Only by identifying the phased problems and tasks,can "human’s all-round development" really take root.
