新时代我国竞技体育发展的困境审视与思考

摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,探讨新时代背景下我国竞技体育的发展趋势、现存困境和未来发展。主要结论:全民健身与竞技体育协调发展呼吁下的竞技体育全面发展,冬季奥运会筹办引领下冬奥项目与夏奥项目的协调发展,体育强国建设背景下竞技体育的多元化发展是新时代背景下我国竞技体育的新发展趋势;管理体制有待完善、社会化程度有待提升,协调发展不足、竞技项目发展不平衡,重训轻教、竞技育人价值有待深入挖掘是当前我国竞技体育发展的主要困境。建议:中国竞技体育应发展强化竞技体育社会功能的参与型竞技体育、协调竞技体育内外关系的全面发展型竞技体育、加强竞技体育人才文化教育与监管的教育培养型竞技体育。
This paper uses methods of literature reviews and logical analysis, probes into the development trend, existing predicament and future development of competitive sports in the new era.The main findings include that the new development trend of competitive sports in the new era is the comprehensive development of competitive sports under the call of coordinated development of national fitness and competitive sports, the coordinated development of winter Olympics and summer Olympics under the guidance of the preparation of the Winter Olympics, and the diversified development of competitive sports under the background of the construction of a sports power. At present, the main difficulties in the development of competitive sports in China include the followings: The management system needs to be improved for the promotion on socialization, there is insufficient coordination during development, uneven development on competitive events, the burden on training is quite heavy while education has been ignored, the value of competitive education requires to be deeply excavated.It is pointed out that China's competitive sports should develop participatory competitive sports which strengthen the social function of competitive sports, coordinate the internal and external relations of competitive sports, and strengthen the cultural education and supervision of competitive sports talents.
