摘要
传动轴是汽车传动系的重要总成之一。根据整车布置的要求不同,用于离合器与变速器、变速器与分动箱、变速器与中后桥之间传递动力。其设计应满足相连两轴夹角及相对位置不断变化且可靠而稳定的传递动力。根据使用部位不同,布置角度一般会在0°~30°之间变化。十字轴式万向节传动轴是常用的传动轴结构之一,具有结构简单、传动效率高、使用寿命长、制造方便和维修容易等特点,多用于商用车。十字轴式万向节传动轴由于其结构特点,传动轴布置导致的万向节夹角会产生附加载荷,对整车的振动噪音产生影响,并对相连接的总成如变速箱、车桥等的设计产生影响。文章主要针对十字轴式万向节传动轴在不同的布置角度产生的径向力以及剩余动平衡量产生的径向力进行分析和研究。
        The transmission shaft is one of the important assembly of automobile drive system. It is used to transfer power between clutch and transmission, transmission and transmission box, transmission and middle and rear axle according to different requirements of vehicle layout. The design should meet the changing and reliable and stable transmission power of the Angle and relative position of the two shafts. According to the different parts of use, the layout angle will generally change between 0°~30 °. The cross shaft type universal joint transmission shaft which is used for commercial vehicles is one of the commonly used transmission shaft structures. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high transmission efficiency, long service life, easy to manufacture and easy maintenance and so on. Because of its structural characteristics, the angle of the universal joint caused by the transmission shaft layout will produce additional load, which affects the vibration noise of the whole vehicle, and influences the design of the connected assembly, such as the gearbox and the bridge. In this paper, the radial force produced by different layout angles and the radial force produced by the residual balance are mainly analyzed and studied.
