摘要

通过改革与创新《汽车保险与理赔》课程教学内容与方式,实现与就业岗位的对接。根据专业的特点与岗位需求,有针对性的选用合适的教学内容与方式,重视培养学生的职业能力与综合素质,以提高学生的就业能力,满足社会对于高素质人才的需求。
        Through the reform and innovation of the teaching contents and methods of "Automobile Insurance and Claim",the docking of the employment posts is realized.According to professional characteristics and job needs,we should select appropriate teaching contents and methods,and emphasize the training of students' professional ability and comprehensive quality,so as to improve their employability and meet the needs of high-quality talents.
